Can I return my item?
Yes — you can return most items as long as they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging (including shoe boxes)
- With all tags and labels attached
👉 Please note: Shoes should only be tried on indoors.
We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to check fit and feel.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size?
No problem.
- You can return your item for a refund
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- We don’t offer direct exchanges
👉 If you need a different size, simply place a new order and return the original item.
Received a faulty or incorrect item?
We’ll sort it quickly.
- Contact us as soon as possible with details
- We’ll cover the return postage
- You’ll receive a full refund or replacement
How long do I have to return an item?
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you want to return it
- Then 14 days to send it back to us
When will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return
- You’ll be refunded via your original payment method

- Complete the return label provided and follow the instructions
- Send your item back securely (we recommend tracked delivery)

We offer optional personalised fitting and recommendations to help you find the perfect product.
- If you choose not to use this service, you are responsible for selecting the right product and size

Delivery Times
- UK delivery: typically 1–2 working days (in-stock items)
- Out-of-stock items: up to 30 days, although may depend on supplier availability of the requested product
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International orders:
- May be subject to import duties and taxes
- These are the responsibility of the customer
If unpaid, goods may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs
