How do I pack my return?
All items must be in an un-used condition. Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Your shipping packet is re-usable. Please include your Return form in the package.
What do I do if I have lost my return form?
If you do not have your return form, check your email for your Order Number and email us at [email protected] with this information and which products you would like to return. Products sold on the Equipped Sports website are shipped directly by our brand partners so it is important that returns are sent to the correct address.
What happens if I received the wrong items in my order?

How long do I have to return an item?
If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 28 days to return it for a full refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back but they can take up to 10 working days for refunds to show up on your account.
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order.

Here are some minor details from the Equipped Sports Returns Policy. The products sold on our website are shipped directly from our brand partners so it is important that returns are made to the correct supplier to avoid delays.
- If there is an issue or imperfection with the item received, please contact the Equipped Sports team for help, providing full and clear details of the issue.
- Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe box must be intact and included with the return.
- For items that do not fit, or if you change your mind about making the purchase, you will need to cover the return cost. Equipped Sports will not be able to offer a free return service for you.
- In the event you change your mind, you are able to return an item for a full refund. Equipped Sports are not able to exchange items.
- Returns are processed on a per-order basis, so if you are trying to return multiple orders, please return them separately to avoid issues or delays with processing.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. Our team can reject and return a product if it is identified that the product has been abused.
The Equipped Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
