Equipped Sports Ltd provides:

  • Retail sale of sports equipment and footwear
  • Optional personalised fitting and recommendation services (online or in-person)

Service Types

We offer two distinct types of service:

(a) Retail Purchase (No Advice)

Where you:

  • Browse and purchase products independently
  • Do not submit measurements
  • Do not receive recommendations

In this case:

  • You are solely responsible for product selection
  • No advice or recommendation is provided
  • We accept no responsibility for product suitability or fit

(b) Personalised Recommendation Service

Where you:

  • Manually submit measurements online, or
  • Attend an in-person fitting session

We will provide tailored product recommendations based on the information gathered.

3. Recommendations & Measurement Disclaimer

Where a recommendation service is used:

  • Recommendations are based solely on the measurements and information gathered
  • Recommendations are provided as guidance only

We do not guarantee:

  • Perfect fit
  • Comfort
  • Performance outcomes
  • Injury prevention

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring measurements which are entered directly to the website are accurate
  • Selecting products suitable for their needs
  • Following any measurement guidance
  • Making the final purchasing decision

We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccurate measurements submitted by customers
  • Subjective comfort or performance expectations

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT
  • Payment must be received before dispatch
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch
  • Products and prices are subject to availability and may change before acceptance.

5. Delivery

  • UK delivery: typically 1–2 working days (in-stock items)
  • Out-of-stock items: up to 30 days, although may depend on supplier availability of the requested product

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International orders:

  • May be subject to import duties and taxes
  • These are the responsibility of the customer

If unpaid, goods may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.

6. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You must notify us within this period
  • Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Non-Faulty Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs
  • Customer pays return postage

Exchanges

  • A new order must be placed
  • Original item refunded upon return

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Must be reported promptly
  • We will inspect and either replace or refund
  • Return postage reimbursed up to £6.50 (with proof of postage)

8. In-Person Fitting Events

Where you attend a fitting event:

  • Participation is at your own risk
  • You must follow staff instructions
  • We are not liable for injury unless caused by our negligence

9. Product Information & Accuracy

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Images are for guidance only
  • Colours may vary depending on display
  • Specifications may vary slightly

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders where necessary.

10. Website Content

Content on this site is provided for general information only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current.

11. Payments & Security

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
  • We do not store card details

While we use secure systems, no online transaction is completely risk-free.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR.

  • Customer and order information

  • Providing recommendations (where applicable)

  • Outcomes resulting from reliance on recommendations

Legal Protection Clause

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
